STACK provides a question type for the Moodle online learning system which is specifically designed to enable sophisticated computer-aided assessment in Mathematics and related disciplines, with emphasis on formative assessment.
The STACK demonstration site is hosted by the University of Edinburgh and is governed by the full University of Edinburgh website terms and conditions.
Additional terms and conditions
This site is intended for training purposes and for small-scale evaluation and demonstration of STACK questions. It must not be used for commercial activity or to run courses.Please keep a backup of any resources that you create on or upload to the site. Access to this site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on this site without notice.
The site will be taken offline for a period during the summer recess for upgrading or replacement with a new site, as necessary, and may also require occasional maintenance at other times.
All accounts may need to be deleted as part of the summer upgrade/rebuild process, but 4 weeks' notice will be given to allow you to export your content, if desired, before deletion in this case.
Accounts that have not been used for 6 months will be deleted.
