Try rule testcase.

Test on new pmatch question:
  Create a new blank pmatch question.
    Check there is no Try rule button on any answer.
  Add anything in the question name and text, and with match_w(a) in answer 1 textbox.
  Click Save changes and continue editing.
  At the bottom of the page click on preview.
  In the preview window (popup) click on Test this question.
  Use the upload responses link to upload a set of marked responses.
PS you could use the following 12 lines if saved to a file called anything.csv:-
first,line is ignored but required as first line of file.
1,an apple is ok
1,two apple maybe
1,no apple is actually right
0,a banana is not ok
1,apple banana yep
0,cherry apple (deliberately wrong!)
1,apple pie is better
1,apple apple
0,pear banana orange
1,apple
1,some stuff before an apple
Please note you will also need to ensure the Admin setting for Pattern match minresponses = 10.
  Ensure these responses have been computer graded (use Test the question using these responses).
  Return to the question edit page, refresh the page.
    Check the Try rule button now shows against answer 1
  Click on the Try rule button
    Check the response is the same as currently displays (you may need to click on show coverage).
  Now change the rule from match_w(a) to match_w(apple) and then click on Try rule again.
    Check the response now shows the correct accuracy and coverage.
  Please test for invalid or incorrect rules.
  Now click Blanks for 3 More Answers
  Find Answer 2 and add match_w(apple), then click the try rule.
    Check the response now shows many lines in red - indicating that the rule finds the right
    resonses, but the grade to be given is not what the human marker gave.
  Correct the grade by choosing Grade 100% for Answer 2, and click the try rule again.
    Check responses now changed colour.
